Richard has 25 years of experience as an investor, financial advisor and entrepreneur. He has completed Penfund investments in the food, pet, industrial distribution and automotive aftermarket sectors. Prior to joining Penfund in 2003, Mr. Bradlow worked in the investment banking group at Scotia Capital. His work focused on private and public corporate clients across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Scotia Capital, Mr. Bradlow co-founded a successful retail and distribution business.
Richard has a BA (Philosophy) from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a former Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of The Bishop Strachan School where he also served as Chair of the Finance Committee and Co-Chair of the Development Committee. He is a former Director of The Cutaneous Lymphoma Foundation and the Canadian Venture Capital Association.

Adam has more than 25 years of diverse investment and business experience. Prior to joining Penfund in 2004 he was an investment professional at a mid-market private equity fund. Previously he served as CEO of Excentia, a venture-capital backed e-learning and corporate training company that he co-founded. Earlier in his career he was an equity analyst Sanford C. Bernstein & Co and a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, where he provided strategic and operational consulting to Fortune 1000 companies.
Adam has a BA from McGill University and an MBA from the Wharton School. He is a Director of Hillel Ontario and serves on the Budget and Finance Committee of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto.

Nicole has over 15 years of financial experience across investment banking, private equity and private credit. She began her career in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse in San Francisco. She then joined Onex Partners, a private equity firm focused on upper middle-market or larger transactions. Since joining Penfund in 2012, Nicole has completed investments across a range of industries including healthcare, distribution, financial services and the automotive aftermarket.
Nicole has a BA in Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She is a former Director of the Toronto Vegetarian Association where she also served as the Treasurer and Chair of its Audit and Finance Committee.

Jeremy has over 25 years of private equity investing experience. He began his career working in the leveraged finance department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York with a focus on senior and subordinated debt financing in a variety of industries. He later joined Oak Hill Capital Management, Inc. in New York, where he was responsible for private equity investments in the basic industry, consumer products, and retail and distribution sectors. Prior to joining Penfund, Jeremy spent more than 10 years with ONCAP Management Partners, the middle market private equity division of ONEX Corporation. While at ONCAP, Jeremy led transactions in the automotive aftermarket, renewable energy, education and business services sectors.
Jeremy has a BA (Honours) in Economics from Queens University.

Joe has 25 years of experience gained from working with highly respected credit providers in Canada and the United States. Most recently, he established a Canadian office for Apollo Management and was responsible for the Canadian credit origination, in addition to certain coverage roles in the United States. Previously Joe has worked at Macquarie Canada as Head of Leveraged Finance & Sponsor Coverage, at Fortress Investment Group as a Managing Director and at GE Capital as Vice President. Joe began his career with KPMG in the Assurance and Corporate Finance practices.
He holds the CPA designation and the Corporate Finance Qualification. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Minor in Economics at McMaster University.

Matt has over 10 years of experience across private debt & equity investing and investment banking. Since joining Penfund in 2015, he has completed investments across a broad range of sectors including distribution, automotive aftermarket, healthcare and consumer. Prior to joining Penfund, Matt worked in the Investment Banking division of TD Securities where he was involved in financing and M&A transactions across a variety of industries.
Matt has a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CFA charterholder.

Steve has over 10 years of experience as an investment and capital markets professional. He began his career in the Investment Banking division of TD Securities where he was involved in a variety of projects in the diversified industries space. Prior to joining Penfund, he worked as an analyst at a long/short equity hedge fund for two years where he was responsible for covering the industrial, healthcare and financial sectors as well as special situations. Since joining Penfund in 2016, he has completed investments in a wide range of sectors with a focus on financial and business services and multi-location businesses.
Steve has an MSc. Finance and BComm. from Queen’s University and is a CFA charterholder.

Coyne received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Toronto, and a Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics.
